Pro Tips 10-18

Pro Tips: Big hitters take your drive right over the fairway bunker. Otherwise play your tee shot straight down the hill. If you position yourself well off the tee look for your birdie. It is a large green so make sure you select the correct club. Once you stick your approach shot, tap in your birdie. Click Here for photos of Hole #10! |

Pro Tips: This hole is actually ranked as our hardest hole, but since it sits on the back 9 it is labeled as our #2 handicap hole. Follow the fairway on this hole off the tee. Look to have a long approach shot in. If your tee shot found the right hand rough, your best bet is to get your ball back in the fairway about 60 yards from the green. Once you find the green you still have some work left. This green is full of fast slopes that may take your ball in directions you did not expect. Once you get done picking your ball out of the hole do not relax, since you now have to take on our longest par 5 and par 3. Click Here for photos of Hole #11! |

Pro Tips: This hole has trouble running down both sides of the fairway. Stay out of trouble off the tee and the hole offers some forgiveness the rest of the way to the green. This green is also two tiered and if the pin is on the back right part of the green, you will have a mission ahead of you. All and all the hardest part of this hole is the distance it brings. Pro Tips: If you get on the green here consider yourself lucky. This hole is cluttered with big trees, long grass, and awkward slopes around the green. If you can get away with a 3 here, you better leave the green with a smile. Click Here for photos of Hole #13! |

Pro Tips: A couple well placed shots here will land you a birdie. Big hitters take your drive over the fairway bunkers. Otherwise, hit your drive just right of the bunkers. Knock your next shot up the fairway to position yourself with an easy approach. Not a lot can go wrong here with two good shots from the start. Click Here for photos of Hole #14! |

Pro Tips: A dog-leg left here that makes you hit into an elevated green. Consult your scorecard to see the little pond just left of the fairway that most people do not see or know about. I have seen a lot of 3 woods hit off of this tee. The bird house in the distance is a good spot to aim for. When hitting into the green do not miss the green to the left! Pro Tips: Everybody thinks they can drive 16, do you? Go ahead and give it a try, but it is highly recommended to avoid the huge gully on the right hand side. On your second shot make sure not to go over this green, unless you would like to experience one of the hardest shots you may ever hit. This green is very wide, but not long from front to back. Pro Tips: This is your last hole to show off your driving ability. Position your drive in between the big trees on the right and the fairway bunkers. This is another very large green so adjust your approach club accordingly. Just do not find the greenside bunker! Words people have used to describe this bunker are: unfair, impossible, and unjust – enough said? Click Here for photos of Hole #17! |

Pro Tips: The closing hole is anything but easy. A large greenside bunker protects most of the green. The green is very long from front to back. Do not miss this green to the left or you will be faced with a chip that will be hard to keep on the green. Click Here for photos of Hole #18! |
