3/1/10                        $1,175 ($1,234.93 incl. tax) per member (minimum 2 members)

After 3/1/10            $1,400 ($1,471.40 incl. tax)

Add a Cart Pass: Per member=$395 ($415.15 incl. tax)

Prices in parentheses include 5.1% sales tax.

Membership fees must be paid with a company check.

Members must work for the same company and proof of such may be required.

Each member must fill out and sign a Corporate Membership Application.

All Corporate Memberships require approval from golf course management.

Benefits of Membership

1.                  Unlimited golf Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and Saturday, Sunday and holidays after 12:00 p.m. Cart fees are not included unless a cart pass is purchased.  Cart passes are subject to the same restrictions as the membership

2.                  50% green fee discount on Saturday, Sunday and holiday mornings.  There is no discount on cart fees for members on a weekend or holiday morning.

3.                  Each membership (single, couple or family) receives 10 guest passes. Each guest pass allows an individual guest to receive a 20% green fee discount off regular rates at Broadlands and Preferred Player rates at Kettle Moraine when playing with a member.

4.                  Billing privileges available upon request.

5.                  Tee time privileges.  Members may make tee times four weeks in advance, one week ahead of general public.  Golf outings and leagues may already be scheduled.

6.                  Each member receives a range card valid for 20 baskets of practice balls.

7.                  Shower towels available at no charge.

8.                  Use of club facilities for business meetings on a space available basis.

9.                  Members will receive a 10% discount in each course=s golf shop.

10.                  Children may not be added to a Corporate Membership.
