Cost: $195 per person ($204.95 incl. tax)

Prices in parentheses include 5.1% sales tax.

Benefits: Unlimited use of Kettle Moraine Golf Club’s driving range during 2010

Policies

1. Pass is for use of holder only. If range use is shared with another person, pass will be canceled without refund.

2. Range credit will be given for use during the same day. Please do not ask for large quantities of credit.

3. Proper golf attire is required.

4. Range is closed periodically for mowing.

5. Practice balls must be hit from designated teeing areas only.

6. Golf cart use to drive to range is not included in range pass.

7. Golf carts must be kept on paved areas near driving range.

8. Range Passes for 2010 are limited to first 50 purchased.

Failure to follow range pass policies may result in cancellation of benefits without refund.
